Spa Awareness
To ensure your experience at Valley Isle Day Spa is as relaxing as our treatments themselves, we recommend you follow these simple guidelines.
Spa Ohana
All spa team members are State of Hawaii licensed(registered) in their field of expertise. (Most Canadian health insurance policies reimburse for massage therapy, so remember to ask for a print out of your invoice with your therapists name and license number to submit to your insurance provider.)
Spa Environment
We ask that you please turn your cell phones off while here at the spa so that everyone can enjoy a quiet stress free environment. We are a family friendly spa; however please refrain from bringing children under the age of seven into the spa. Spa treatments are available for guests ages 7 – 15 in our side by side suite with a parent.
Hours of Operation
We are pleased to be available to you 7 days a week 8:00 a.m. – 8 p.m. We do accept walk-in appointments, however reservations are strongly recommended in order to provide you with your optimal time and date preference.
Spa Arrival
Please be advised that arriving late for your scheduled service may result in a shortened service so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied. We recommend 10 minutes in advance of your treatment.
Spa Attire
For your comfort undergarments may be worn during treatments, but rest assured that our therapists are properly trained in correct draping procedures for your complete privacy.
Gratuity
Gratuity for exceptional service is welcome and greatly appreciated by your treatment providers. It is customary in this location to leave 15% - 20% gratuity based on the service you receive.
Rescheduling
Life Happens! If for any reason you need to change your spa treatment(s) we would be happy to assist you; however we do require a 24 hour advanced notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatment(s) will be charged a 50% service fee and no-show or missed appointments, will be charged the full service fee.
Spa Treatment Room
This is your time and you should enjoy your experience to the fullest. Whether it is the room temperature, music or the amount of massage pressure, please notify your therapist of any discomfort or preferences.
Payment
A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover. After your service you may choose to pay by credit card or cash, the spa does not accept personal checks. Your credit card will not be charged until after your service.
We also accept Spa Finder Gift Certificates.
